lux x sels for 80.... and those prices are pretty accurate

Agreed. I was on trollandtoad the other day and I saw a listing for a $2500 Magic card. This is very sad...

I don't think it's sad. If it is something you enjoy then it's not really a waste of money. Plus if you play competitively Pokemon is one of those games that rewards you for doing well so you can make some of your money back.
