Primal Pokemon CaC Challenge

New Member
Inspired by Joebrown, I decided to start a challenge again in the it does not turn into a fiasco as my previous contest.

This is the challenge!:
Make a Primal Pokemon, a Pokemon that has lost control of itself due to any plausible circumstance.

RULES:
-You can only have 2 entries, so make it count! Any more and they will be ignored.
-Primal Pokemon must be powerful, but not broken.
-They are like Pokemon * but you can have 2 in a deck instead of 1.
- Think up a small story as to how your Pokemon turned Primal.
-When the Pokemon you choose has 2 types in the DS games, it must be a dual type.
-An Errata for Primal Pokemon is that they can't have Special Energy attached so you might want to think more about their attacks.
-If the Primal Pokemon you choose is part of an evolution line, you must make the previous evolutions as well.

Example:
--------------------------------------------------
Primal Dialga - :metal::colorless - 100HP
Basic (This Pokemon's type is both :metal: and :colorless)
*You can only have 2 Primal Pokemon in your deck*

:metal::colorless Primal Rush 30+
You put as many damage counters on Primal Dialga as you like without Knocking it Out.
Then, this attack does 30+10 more damage for each damage counter you put on Primal Dialga this way.

:metal::metal::colorless Primal Roar of Time 100
You must discard all energy attached to Primal Dialga in order to use this attack.
Flip 2 coins. If 1 is heads, remove 6 damage counters from Primal Dialga. If both are
heads, your opponent can't play any card from his or her hand during your opponent's next turn.

Weakness: :colorlessx2
Resistance:
Retreat: :colorless:colorless
------------------------------------------------------------------
Dialga became Primal Dialga due to an scheme from Darkrai to plunge the Pokemon world into ever lasting Darkness.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Prizes: None, just bragging rights on how you are the most creative person in this contest.
