Pia didn't play, somehow her POPID didn't fit into the computer, she was overaged and forgot her glasses and.... no joking.
It's her hometown, so she cheered for anybody who could use it (and she renamed me in "evil Lia", heaven knows I didn't deserve that) and she provided chocolats, which is a very very important duty, especially when I am playing.
 
I just couldn't make it this year due to long scheduled Tournament Commitments, Life, the Universe and Everything.. here's hoping I can get to next years :D - Well done to all - It really doesn't matter where you place in the Prof Cup it is just such fun to play :D
 
Hé Ben, were is my other trophee?? Since you didn't came you now have to ship it to me.

Indeed it's not that important where you place, I had a lot of fun.
The trophee is staring at me, making me smile. Because when I get home I can tell the boys over and over again, IT"S MINE.

It's really great because i thought I had a nice deck and went 1 - 5 and Lia was complain ing that she had got the left overs and went the other way around

I just had a great day and realizing later that some stupid playmitakes My opponent made costed me the win
He played Roserade and made me poisend and then put 30 damage on the active and 30 on a bench Pokemon So I lost my Nidorinoi with three energies
At the hotel I read the card and saw that he was suposted to do Only 30 damage on 1 Pokemon
But hey we had fun

Hm, I got 4-1 and then lost to Oliver. =( My deck was far superior (4-4 Leafeon/Jolteon + 2-2 Sharpedo + 2-2-1 Shiftry + 3 Volkner) but I got a really crappy start and he made multiple smart and surpising game actions. Props to him for getting to top 8 with a pool like that. ^^

So no tops for me, but it was a really funny event and at least I'll get a new DS Lite. =)
And now I know who Tego is. xD

Steffen's deck was ridiculously good XD So congrats to him!

I got 9th with a 4-2 record, which wasn't bad at all, since I first went 2-2 after an aweful misplay. It was an amazing tournament however, and I'm really glad I was able to attend this year :D

I just hope I'll still get my Nintendo DS somehow :p

*LOL* Thank you for the compliment Lia - it was my pleasure. Brining lots and lots of chocolate is part of my master plan... since God has obviously decided not to make me skinny I am now doing everything I can to make other people fatter, so I'll at least look skinnier!

Just to set the record straight: Steffen called you Evil Lia first while you were playing, I just jumped at the chance to repeat it over and over again... thought it was funny. And then Célina made up that song about Evil Lia (must be a genetic thing...). Anyway you should be proud - no other player got a new nic name that day and you were the only one having a song composed about you! It means you're special (won't go into which kind of special.... :smile:)

It was wonderful seeing you all again, although I still do not understand why you all have to spend so much time playing that strange game. Can't wait to see you all at worlds.

Looking forward to Worlds, the wife and I, and NO KIDS for the 1st time ever at a Poke'trip.

I know, congrats to whoever else won, and did well, but really, we have the #2 connection here!
