professor reward program question

Hi everyone, i was just wondering if there's anybody here that knows on good faith when do one get to spend the professor's points in actual pokemon card boosters, not these pop 2 stuff. my quarry arised due that i remembered that when i was first made a professor there was some paragraph that said that there were boosters from latest editions available in the professor's store, but when the professor store was down, that info dissapeared. is that just missing info? or actually there are no card boosters, for the professor program any longer. any answer'll do.
