Is the jrachi promo #021 out yet? how do you get it?

Should come with the Jirachi: Wishmaker movie.

As previously mentioned, Promo #021, Jirachi, can be found included in the Jirachi Wishmaker DVD and probably the VHS version as well.
According to PokémonCenter.com, the movie will be out in stores on June 1st, so you have to wait a little longer until it gets released.
But, you can always pre-order the movie through the Pokémon Center website if you want.

Is this confirmed?

Also i think i have seen the Jirachi in Japanese already. Where was it originally released? I think it was a promo there too.
