ptgco, customor service refusing to explain, why my brothers and my account got banne

basically today at around 12pm they sent and email to my brothers, account stating his account got banned based on several serious violations, however when we used the customer service ticket, they just closed the "issue" immediately without giving any thought. we do have multiple accounts, and they were all banned. When i tested if our ip address would be blocked, we made an entirely new account for pokemon, and it was able to login ptgco fine.anyone have this issue. they banned all acounts under the ip address, mines and my brothers?
they also have a habit of changing you Password, or username so you cant login.

You have multiple accounts? That's a violation the utilisation agreement. If your brothers got banned for serious violation, they are in their rights to ban them from doing harm to their service.
 
i sent it already, however they closed each time. if it is based on category, what category do i put it in.
i think it is the same administrator, that intends to ignore us.

how many accounts? how many people use them?
 
they finally gave us an answer, instead of closing the ticket. They are already adamant that the ban stays because of the multiple accounts. i thought it was rude for them not to give me any explanations about why was it really banned. My brother was banned before posting on thier forums, and he sent multiple tickets years ago, i guessed that red-flagged the accounts under our ip address. my brothers and my accounts were all banned, but not the ip-address. we were getting the free FURIOUS FIST PACKS, they gave a code. ill try to appeal in the future, if possible, doesnt look like they will do anything now.
 
1. You admit to having multiple accounts. It's right here in case there's any doubt.
2. Having multiple accounts is in violation of the rules you agreed to when you agreed to their TOS.
3. What are you going to appeal? You broke the rules, you pay the consequences.
 
they chose to ignore, and deliberately stalled out a whole week, with not answering the inquirey, and they also gave no explanation.
