basically today at around 12pm they sent and email to my brothers, account stating his account got banned based on several serious violations, however when we used the customer service ticket, they just closed the "issue" immediately without giving any thought. we do have multiple accounts, and they were all banned. When i tested if our ip address would be blocked, we made an entirely new account for pokemon, and it was able to login ptgco fine.anyone have this issue. they banned all acounts under the ip address, mines and my brothers?
they also have a habit of changing you Password, or username so you cant login.
