Pull Down vs. Ex Pokémon

Blaziken Ex active w/ 80 damage has just KO'd your Kabutops EX. Your opponent takes two prizes.

Now on your turn you bring up Omastar and attach an energy and do PULL DOWN on Blaziken EX.

Blaziken EX returns to your opponents hand. The Combusken that is now actice is KO's by the 80 damage. You collect one prize, not, two.

Pull down that results in a KO can not knock out an EX Pokemon, right?

Unless somehow you've got one -EX stacked on top of each other (could you imagine a "Brock's Ninetales -EX"; oh the horror!! / ), "Pull Down" will always result in a non-EX Pokemon being underneath. And if the one underneath is not an -EX, you only get to claim one prize.

Now if you were playing "Wild, Wacky Mutant format", things could be different...
