It's not that the wording doesn't make sence, it's just that the game is yet to see anything quite like Electivire Lv. X's Pulse Barrier before, so I figure I may as well ask.


Does Pulse Barrier, if the effect is activated, prevent "all effects, including damage" as it says, or does it really mean prevent "all effects of attacks, including damage?"


If the wording is indeed correct, would it then also ignore all Trainer cards used on it (Warp Point, Pokémon Reversal, Cess. Crystal, etc) during that turn?

Actually, we have seen exactly this same omission of the word "attack" on one of the Holon Energy cards.
This is exactly the same thing and same correction/clarification.
