4 Terrakion Ex
1 Terrakion (NV)

4 N
4 Professor Juniper
3 Cheren
3 Cilan
4 Heavy Ball
2 Ultra Ball
2 Revive
4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Eviolite
4 Switch
2 Tool Scrapper
2 Max Potion
2 Super Rod

15 Fighting Energy

The premise behind this should be fairly straightforward. Start with Terrakion EX, 50 T2, 90 T3 and charging up the next Terrakion EX. It has a great typing of fighting so it can take out eel and dark decks with ease.
Also its weakness of grass is negligble because who plays grass types? The regular Terrakion is there so I'm not completely useless against Sigilyph. Any changes I need to make?

I like the idea behind this, but i see room for improvement.
What if your Terrakion is prized? Sigilyph will destroy you. Also, i think including maxpotion+energy retrieval would work well with pump smash! 4 switches are mandatory, and consider not having any tools. At least for the next month or two. Tool scraper will be very popular

The only problem with putting another Terrakion NV in the deck is it raises the chances of starting it from 20% to 33%. (though with my luck it wont matter how many NV ones I have, they'll always be prized when I need them...). I would have a hard time leaving out eviolites... It then takes Garchomp 3 hits for a ko if I can keep altaria off the board. Energy retrieval might be a good idea, but what should I get rid of?

I really don't think you need Cilan, you'll draw through your energy with the draw supporters and along with the Energy Retrieval you should always have 2 in hand to attach. I find you need 4 Energy Retrieval.

2 Revive and 2 Super Rod is way too much, I'd drop either both Revive or 1 of each.

Super Scoop Up is your main source of healing for this deck, since you can then just attach the energy again with TerrakionEX.

If Eviolite becomes a liability because of Tool Scrapper, Potion is also a good option.

I do agree that you need another Terrakion (NV)

I agree 2 revive and 2 SRs are way too much. I find 1 SR is good enough. I like the idea of potion in this deck to counter darkrais bench hit, because it setsa up hydreigon for a ohko. Also good to counter registeel and groudon without wasting a maxpotion

Keep those eviolite in, they are invaluable in keeping your terraks out there, even with tool scrapper being played.
Cilan can be very helpful but it means you lose some consistency as you will be missing some draw supporters that will probably net you enough energy anyway, maybe you could drop 1 copy? Definitely drop 1 super rod. Maybe add some energy retrieval with the extra space.

Super Scoop Up is AMAZING in this deck. Your opponent gets Terrakion EX close to death, you SSU it and send active your Terra EX with 2 energy on it and place the other back down. Then you Pump-Up Smash the other 2 energies back on your new (old) Terra

I suppose I could do without the revives. I might try with SSUs... its just my last experience with it kinda failed. (I was using reshiboar with Shuckle. We each had one prize left, and my Emboar had just been catchered up. The only way for me to win would have been getting 4 energy into my hand at once, attaching to emboar and attacking (i think my switches were used up) I used Ninetails x2 Pokepower, still not enough. So I attached a chain of energy onto Shuckle. I then attempted a SSU on a Shuckle with 10 energy... and failed... yeah...)
