So I had this thought.
Seeing as Australia gets cards like 3 or 4 or even more months late, if DP4 comes out in America before out City Championship season (Which is at the end of January/start of February), but not in Australia, because it never does anyway, would we in Australia be allowed to use Diamond and Pearl 4 even though it has been released in America and not in Australia?
