Since the picture of the english card is out on pokebeach, I have a question about his second move called Dragonblade. It does 100 damage and requires you to discard the top 2 cards off of your deck.

Scenario: You need 1 more prize, Dragonblade will get the KO, and have only 1 card left in your deck. Can you use Dragonblade?

We generally answer ruling questions about cards that have been released. Once Dragons Exalted is released we'll be happy to go through the card rulings from those cards.

Until then you could always check the Compendium B&W for a similar ruling that might answer this question. That is a good habit to get into anyway, and you'd be surprised how many questions can be answered by just looking for similar rulings in the Compendium. To get you started try doing a search on "do as much".
