Question on 2 Cards

I have 3 questions.

#1 When you use pokemon circulator, do you get to choose which pokemon to bring up, or does your opponent?

#2 When you play Enti & Rakiou Ledgend on your bench, does it count as 2 cards on your bench or 1?

#3 If you play a sunnyshore city gym to prevent weakness, does it count for the whole card, or only for the Rakiou?

1. It says your opponent switches instead of saying switch the opponents benched pokemon with his/her active pokemon so the opponent gets to choose.

2. It counts as 1 bench spot.

3. Both weaknesses are eliminated. The raikou is not electric and entei is not fire. They are both the same card with the same weakness if that makes sense.
