I am wondering what card sleeves are considered official Pokémon card sleeves and were I can find them. I would like to get some to use at city championships. Links and/or pictures would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
Basically anything with a pokemon image or pokeball on the back. If it has those, it must be licensed through Nintendo, and thus is official. Any opaque (non see through) plain ones will work too, including, IIRC, metallic and hologram-y ones.
Except for the first wave of sleeves are not legal for Cities - these sleeves have a full picture on the back. Legal Pokémon sleeves have a solid color border around the edge.
I personally like Dragon Shields. But any of the newer Official Pokemon Sleeves(Lucario, Electivire, and Weavile) are great. Ultra Pro makes pretty good sleeves too.
