Question - What if opponent only has 59 cards?

Okay if were to lose a battle in pkmn and then u find out that he/she had 59 or less cards in his/hers deck would you win?

The Head Judge of the tournament (or League Leader of the league) would have to make the call based on all pertinent factors involved. In most cases I would probably award a loss to the person with only 59 cards, but there may other mitigating factors that would depend on the situation.
