I am just downloading RS right now - a little slow, I know, but I have a few questions.

I am planing on using this to test play deck ideas against current tier 1 / 2 decks. Is it possible to play 2 deck solitaire like this?

Can decks be saved to the system?

Are there pre-made decks anywhere to use for RS?

Does anyone have RS decklists - not SD.dec - that they can send me for some variety?

Yeah, you can play two deck solitaire for practice. Yes you can save decks to the computer. I don't know of any places to download pre made deck files, but you could get a friend to send you a copy of their deck file. But you could just look at deck lists in the deck forum to manually recreate them.
 
As long as you have a list, it'll take <5 minutes to recreate a deck, then just save it and you are good to go.
 
I've got a LOT of archetypes on my computer I could send you to save you some time, if you PM'd me an email I could prolly send them as attachments.
