Questions Regarding TO's posting Decklists.

I would just like a few clarifications.

"By entering or remaining at this event, attendees grant permission for The Pokémon Company International, its affiliates, and media organizations to publish their name, image, likeness, team or deck composition, methods of play, and written and oral statements in connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction of the event, in whole or in any part."

From my understanding TO's have the right to post players decklists this year without the players consent. Is this correct?

If so I would like a few clarifications on what "publish" means

(We'll pretend I'm a TO for a second)

-Can I publish them on my own personnel website?
-Can I publish them to my personnel website if it charge for content?
-Can I publish them in a private forum (IE a members only facebook page)
-Can I sell the decklists?
-Can I publish them on a board at my local league where only my league kids will see them?
-Can I publish them on my refrigerator at home for my family and close friends to use?
-Do I have to make any effort at all to let the general public know how, when and where these decklists will be posted?
-Can I publish decklists before the end of the tournament?
-Can I publish decklists of only certain players (before or after the tournament)

This question is not about game rules or interactions.
It is about overall event rules.
So it is beyond the scope of this forum.
Please post it in one of the discussion forums where you can get feedback.
