quick question on plus power

So here was the situation, i had donphan out and i was going to try and KO my opponents magnezone with earthquake. earthquake does 60 damage so i thought i would put plus power down so the attack would 70 and since magnezone is weak to :fighting: it would have KOed him. but the other player said you have to add it at the end of the turn so the attack would do 60 so against the weakness it would be 120 and then i would at plus 10 damage for plus power. who is right?

Pluspower reads: add the extra 10 damage BEFORE applying weakness and resistance, so donphan would do 140 damage (60+10x2).

clifton snorlax is right. It's quite sad to see people trying to get out of a KO. Happens way too often and I don't like that. My opponent tried to get out of a KO with my Zangoose on his Garchomp.
