If an attack does no damage but an effect like weakness or buck's training adds damage, would the attack end up doing the added damage or not? Say gengar does shadow room to a weezing who has weakness +20 to psychic. Does this put 3 damage counters on weezing and do 20 damage, or just put 3 damage counters on weezing? Thank you
