Decided to go with Raichu.

Raichu: Main attacker. Discard three energy from play to do 100.

RaichuX: Main attacker. Discard two energy to snipe for 80. Then Discard three energy from play to do 100.

Electivire: Support Power. Collects :lightning: on the bench. Raichu discards Motor Driven energy to do 100.

ElectivireX: Back Up: Removes Gyms and Tools. Has a body nobody reads.

Claydol: Support Power. People say you have to play this.

Rayquaza: Support Power. Redundancy.



Basic Strat:Assemble all the stage1's. Attack with Raichu. Recover Energy with Electivire and Ray. Attack again and again with RaichuX. Energy Link to setup a "response raichu". When you run out of answers "go for it" with Ray.
 
You may want to add the new stadium (I'm sorry, but I forget what it's called) that allows you to move a :lightning or :metal: energy once per turn from one Pokemon to another. You could also put in Energy Switch in case anybody brings back the GE Pachi that has Short Stop (adds more damage if you have a tool attached).

no stadium does only Zone Lv.X, ur thinking of Conductive Quarry which makes u flip to try and get anElectric or Metal Energy.
