lol.
Pokémon: 8
4 Dark Celebi (HL)
4 Rocket's Sneasel ex (TRR)

Trainers:38
3 Cursed Stone
3 Desert Ruins
4 Rocket's Admin
4 Mary's Request
3 Pokémon Reversal
1 Holon Lass
1 Holon Scientist
2 Rocket's Mission
4 Holon Transceiver
4 Holon Mentor
4 Rocket's Poké Ball
1 Great Ball
4 Energy Removal 2

Energy:14
3 Grass Energy
3 Dark Metal Energy
4 Dark Energy
4 R Energy

Strategy: Use cards like Holon Mentor, Great Ball or Rocket's Poké Ball to take out as many Sneasels and Celebis as possible. Then, the next turn, attack with rocket's sneasel ex attack Dark Ring to do (if your bench is full) 110-120 damage (that's if you got R energy, if not, turn 3 start doing damage).
Dark Celebi is there because it's the only dark pokemon in the format that can be in this deck without slowing it.

There are some variants that you can do like: -Cursed Stone +Battle Frontier, or -Great Ball+Dual Ball but that's your choise.

Tell me your opinions.

(sorry for my bad english u_u)

Because this deck is faster and it's not stopped by battle frontier and weak to pidgeot.

Dragonite is weak to Colorless
you have 4 mary's request, 2 Rocket's Mission, 1 Scientist, = 7 Draw
Also, you have 1 Holon lass and 4 Holon Transceiver, it's enough.
The only problem is to get R energy in the 2nd Turn.
Yeah, it's from HL, thank you :p

but the Japanese Celebi is from TRR and is actually named Rocket's Celebi. So there.

Anyway, this deck looks really fun, I might have to build it just because.

Rocket's pokeball only gets pokemon with Dark in their names, and great ball can't get es's so take those out.

Looks kinda cool. Good job on originality:thumb:

You're wrong there. Absol from EX: Legend Maker is just as good, if not better. Not only does it have a cool body, but it also lets you search for for an ex Pokemon with its first attack. Conveniently, Rocket's Sneasel ex is an ex Pokemon. Although you can't attach extra energies that way, Absol is definitely something to think about when building a deck like this.

It's not about getting sneasel, to do this you have enough draw and holon mentor (2+4 transceiver). Dark Celebi is the only pokémon that fit here because it's Dark Provide. If you start with Celebi as an active you attach 1 energy to it and 1 to sneasel with dark provide and the next turn retreat Celebi and attach a R to sneasel. If you use Absol you have to attach 1 energy to absol, search for sneasel (great), ok, but, what do you do the next turn? attach an energy to Sneasel, retreat Absol and.... drag off? Sneasel is weak, 90 hp and it's weakness is one of the most played types on this format (medicham ex, nidoqueen, dark tyranitar sand damage, hariyama, etc), you MUST do t2/3 100 damage to disrupt, if not, your opponent will set up and start killing your sneasels like magikarps.

Sorry for my REALLY BAD ENGLISH.

More like R for Retarded. The moment your opponent gets something good out, you're dead. If they use any prize-effective cards you lose too... they can sack a few basics to your snex, and then you're done. And half the time you start with Celebi whom can't do much either...

Kenshin, if you go first, and start with a Dark Celebi, you can't play a supporter for Rocket's Sneasel ex. That means in the other 6 cards in your hand, you need 2 energies AND a Rocket's Sneasel ex to use Dark Celebi's combo effectively. Even if you do get this extremely difficult combo off, that leaves you with a three card hand for next turn, four after you draw, and that doesn't seem too stable. You would have to Mentor and discard a card, taking your hand to two. R energy would need to be there for your attack T2, so that takes you to one. Not really equipped to deal with a bit threat like a quick Double Energy Rain Holon to a Latias *.

The deck is unstable when you go first BECAUSE of the Dark Celebi. With only 10 first-turn attachable energy and only 7 that Dark Celebi can use as the extra energy from its attack (Dark Metal can't be attached using its attack because it's not a Darkness energy CARD, just a Darkness ENERGY), 50% of the time Dark Celebi is going to be a huge gamble that you can't afford to take in such a fragile deck. You are hindering yourself by not playing Absol. R energy is there to make up for that fragility. Settle for T3 attack with R energy and Absol.

superwooper has a point, dark celibi is good, but starting with him and no sneasel sux. if u use absol and have no sneasel in ur hand, u can get one. plus, ur upponents basics cant attack for that turn
and even with all those draw card, it is still possible to get a bad start (if it can happen to zapturndos, it can happen to you)
getting r energy isnt as hard as you think, if you use 4, 1/15 cards in ur deck are r energy. that means you have almost a 50% chance of starting wth it right off the bat.
4 transievers and a lass means 1/12 cards are a way to get energy, and since you are missing 14 cards from ur deck at the start (7 cards in ur hand, 6 prizes, 1 draw). the prizes dont help, so you have a 12/(52/4) cnahce of getting it, along with the possibility of starting with it. that means a 12/13 + 1/15, if u have a trasiever in ur hand, which you have a /12 chance of getting
needless to say, you have good odds of pulling it off second turn
