Is this NRG placement good???

Strategy: Start w/ either Lickitung or Piplup and begin using Lap Up and/or Trainers to get essential cards (evo lines, disruption, enrgy, etc). Once powered up use Ray/ Licki/ Empoleon's sniping abilities (depending on matchup) to grab prizes and win.

ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME, HOWEVER NO FLAMMING...THANK YOU.

Ray/Licki is always a good basis for a deck, but can you make it work in this non-delta water environment?

my opinion: it's a good lineup, but maybe you can go 2 Ray/2 Licki, and use the extra spots elsewhere. I don't know that 6 Energy for Ray, or 5 for Licki is enough to justify that starting position. IMO.

I think Lanette's would be better than Fan Club, since you run 3 different types, and with Lanette's you get to hold em. I would use Rowan instead of Oak - I really like it. I would use Rival instead of Bet - I just like it better. However, I would change the mix to 2 Copycat, 1 Rowan, 1 Rival. I like your Castaway engine. However, instead of 4 ER2, why not 4 Cursed Stone, esp since you have Scott but no Stadiums. Also, why have 3 TV Reporters, when you already have 4 draw? Maybe Strength Charm or Plus Power?

This looks pretty good. I think maybe you need change 2 d Rainbow to 2 Multi instead. They will probably work better in this environment. Maybe 2 Scramble/1 DRE, just so Empoleon can get a jump ahead.
 
Yeah its HP-on thats why it doesnt have Stones or Lanette's and as for the trainers THANK YOU i now have a outside take on what Ill put in so thanks also for the NRGs its gonna be difficult cuz I want the consistency of having multiples BUT I dont have a SOLID way of getting my energies so...I NEED HELP ON ENERGIES mostly.

This deck has sniping and disruption anything that fits w/ that theme is welcome here.

Oh and thanks for the suggestions so far.
