Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

R2S #5 Champion Glaceon!

This is why its imperative to PM your opponent right away to work out a time early this will help avoid last minute games at bad hours.....play the game then if you can.

He PM'd me the first day. I responded with times, he didn't give me his time. I get a PM at "10/18/2012 02:56 AM" asking to play and another at "10/19/2012 02:04 AM" ...

Then today at 4 AM EST I get a PM saying he can't play until 2 AM EST.

Dodobrain didn't show at our first time, but we scheduled another for right now.

edit: An hour after our meeting time, looks like it'll be a no-show. I'll stay on for a little more, hopefully he'll come on.

edit 2: He came on and we played. Alexmf2 2-0 over Dodobrain.

Still holding out hope on my opponent

Edit- Wayne wins 2-1. Two blowouts then a real tight one to decide the match!

so redwater, lmk which time would be good for you.

Glaceon you'll be awarded the win as you were online more recently and inreverie made no attempt at contacting me.

inreverie, sending "Can you play now?" pm's usually won't work for setting up games. It's much more effective to give your opponent a time range you'll be able to play and work from there.

Djabber, you'll also be awarded the win. Your opponent hasn't been online since the 16th.

I doubt that waynegg and me will be able to settle a date, since our time difference is 7 hours and he´s got work and I´ve got school.

The only time it would be possible would be Wednesday, and that would be assuming Dark Shedinja could be home from school and ready to play by 3pm his time. Either that or he would have to wake up extra early one day. If he's willing to do that, I'm willing to lose out on sleep and stay up late to complete the games.

Sometimes compromises have to be made. Unfortunately there really isn't much that could be done about time differences.

6pm Waynegg's time would be 1am Shedinja's time. 12am Waynegg's time would be 7am Shedinja's time. Although these times might not allow for a 2/3, you could either play one game at a time, or perhaps agree to play the round as a best of one series.

Let me know how things work out.
