Good in my opinion i would tech in a sr rayqauza for the potential donk. maybe sub it for the level ball

I'm testing the same deck right now.

17 energies is too much, and 3 or 4 lvballs is a must in a eels deck IMO.

3 Emolga and 1 Thundurus seems nice, though I dont like Emolga in this deck because it's an energy turn lost, but I cant' say it's bad.

The thing with Emolga is that it can functionally serve as a free retreat if you don't run Skyarrow bridge for the rest of your basics, and it also is a decent free-prize sacrifice at the distraction of your opponent. But yeah...17 energy is a bit much.

thats 5 level balls of u add 2 more? besides that, why only play i energy re? if your going to play it use more, also 4 ultra and 3-5 level balls seems like too much. as far as pkm go, i would add another raikou and 2 regular rayquazas and drop the emolgas

na man its only 3 lvl balls and the deck right now is running crazy fast
