I recently buy a box from Dark Explorers and pulled out 3 Raikou EX, so I decided to make a deck based around those cards.

Pokemon(15)
4 Tynamo (10 damage and snipe for 10 on a benched pokemon : usefull for 110 hp like Tornadus)
4 Eelektrik
3 Thundurus
3 Raikou EX
1 Pichu

T/S/S(31)
4 Juniper
3 PONT

4 Pokemon Cathcher
4 Duall Ball
3 Pokemon Communication
2 Ultraball
4 Skyarrow Bridge
3 Eviolite.
2 Switch
2 Junk arm

Energy(14)
4 :colorless::colorless:
10 :lightning:

The strategy is to charge with Thundurus on turn 1, while benching tynamos. Doing disaster volt on turn 2. By turn 3, Eels should be in play so i can get Raikou EX start sniping for 100 damage as quick as possible, retreating one Raikou ex with the other from turn to turn with SAB.

The main problem I've faced is Terakion and Donphan : Raikou can only take one hit before beeing KO. I think max potion and seeker should help this, but I have no idea what card I should remove. I also taugh in adding a Zekrom BW for the possibility of doing 120 damage.

I would appreciate comments. Thank you

Looks like a decent start but I have some things for you to think about.

1. I'm not a big fan of Pichu. It's just asking for an early prize and you already have 4 40hp Pokemon in the deck. I understand the idea so won't be super disappointed if you don't take it out, but it's not super important to your deck. I would cut it for Zekrom.

2. Four Eels aren't really necessary. Since you're trying to find room, cut one of those.

3. Why no Level Ball? I would drop the Comm for Level Ball... It's too good.

4. Four Skyarrow Bridge is a bit excessive since you only need 1 and it's not vital to the deck's function. Honestly, I would drop it to 2.

5. More Junk Arm! Abuse this card while it's in format.

Hope that quick and dirty advice helps. I'd look into Tornadus EX for your Fighting matchup. Max Potion and Seeker are definitely options, but one PlusPower will ruin your day. Plus, it works with the deck really well. :colorless::colorless: for 60 with a stadium in play and :colorless::colorless::colorless: for 100 with a chance to discard? Eels work wonderfully with that.

Thank you for your advices, it was very hellpfull. So I've drop the pichu and change a bit the trainers :

-1 Pichu
-3 Pokemon Communication
-1 SAB

+1 Zekrom
+4 Max Potion

I realised that i didn't need the pokemon communication, because I always use it for junk arm or level ball. Plus, I have enough draw power with Juniper and PONT. So here is my list for now.

Pokemon(15)
4 Tynamo (10 damage and snipe for 10 on a benched pokemon : usefull for 110 hp like Tornadus)
4 Eelektrik
3 Thundurus
3 Raikou EX
1 Zekrom

T/S/S(31)
4 Juniper
3 PONT

4 Pokemon Cathcher
4 Duall Ball
2 Ultraball
3 Skyarrow Bridge
3 Eviolite.
2 Switch
2 Junk arm
4 Max Potion

Energy(14)
4
10

Also, I would love to put a Tornadus EX in my deck, but I don't have this cause, neither any of my friends.
Does a Tornadus Emerging Powers could do the job??

I agree for the most part. I just disagree with the fact you said it's not vital to the deck's function. Isn't the idea of Raikou to retreat free and Dynamotor? I think it's very vital to the strategy. But most definitely, 4 sounds extremely excessive. I'd use 3 for consistency.

You really should play more supporters. Look at successful lists like Pooka's, he had 11 supporters and a pokegear, a lot of people like even more than that. It makes the deck more consistent.

Yes! That would be a huge improvement. You could easily cut a couple skyarrow and 2 or 3 communication/ultra balls/dual balls.

Tornadus ex is also a great answer to terrakion or donphan.
