Rain Dance EX (RS-on)

Right now in my unlimited rain dance deck I have 1 Suicune ex (only have 1), 3 TA Walrein, and 2 Blastoise Base.

4 Suicune EXs is definetly too much. I'd say 2 at the most.

Why I'd go with Walrein instead...
A) Archie can get it out of you deck and unto the bench as a basic--just put 2 damage counters on it.
B) Not an Ex
C) You can return water enery from ANY of your pokemon, with Suicune the attack states you can only return energies from itself, plus you would have to return all, which is bad if you don't have Blastoise out yet.

My deck has performed very well except for a couple games where my drawing totally stunk. First time I played it my opening hand had Feebas as the only basic and Milotic was in my prizes (I no longer run Feebas/Milotic in the deck). Ended up losing to a Jirachi Wishmaker deck with only like 2 or 3 card swaps. Overall I'd estimate my record with the deck to be something like....35 and 8 or so. That's a complete estimate. Anxiosly awaiting the Blastoise EX so I can run a modified version of the deck.

Pokemon x21
4 Squirtle
1 Wartortle
3 Blastoise ex
2 Dunsparce SS
3 Team Aqua's Walrein
2 Zigzagoon
2 Linoone (with seek out)
2 Feebas HL
2 Milotic HL

Trainers x21
3 Steven's Advice
3 Rare Candy
3 TV Reporter
3 Archie
3 Bill's Maintenance (should be in FR/LG)
2 Switch
3 Professor Oak's Research
1 ATM Rock

Energy x18
18 Water Energy

Or instead of the Zigzagoon and Linoone put in a couple more trainers and/or energy.

4 Dunsparce is too much, High Pressure System isn't really needed--if anything just use switch instead, you shouldn't be swapping pokemon too much anyway.

....Linoone? are you kidding me?...lol

out of all the fixes, I agree the most with Whicker's fix, Blax *haha I know, stupid EX nicknames* will definently need a bit more than the perfect 17 amount of energy cards, so 18 is definently the way to go.

Walrein can definently take the damage and still be one hell of a tank, but as stupid as it seems, Healing will be an issue, the only thing I see possible to run is 2 Brineys by *in Whicker's fix* taking out a Walrein and an Archie, but it depends on how you want to run it, do you want your guys to be able to deliver more than one or two hits or to go all out and expect your active to die pretty soon after powering it up?

one thing some of you guys dont get: dewgong is key in this deck because its my only real defense against ampyex and other powerful ex pokemon. it also is one of the few pokemon in my deck that can use ATM rock.

however, i do like briney for returning my non-ex guys to my hand when they probobly took damage from blastoise ex's energy dance. so, here's an updated version of the deck:

Pokemon x22
4 Squirtle
2 Wartortle
3 Blastoise ex
4 Dunsparce SS
3 Team Aqua's Walrein
2 Feebas HL
2 Milotic HL
1 Seel
1 Dewgong

Trainers x22
4 Steven's Advice
3 Rare Candy
3 TV Reporter
3 Archie
2 Switch
2 Professor Oak's Research
2 Mountain Wall
2 Mr. Briney's Compassion
1 ATM Rock

Energy x16
16 Water Energy

i still wanted to keep the dewgong line in there just in case i run into some trouble with ampyex, since that will just about decimate this deck in a matter of turns if i dont have proper protection. i also decided to cut down on one blastoise ex since that did seem a bit much.

waaaat no potions

ignoring that comment about the potions, here's the updated version of my deck:

Pokemon x22
4 Squirtle
2 Wartortle
3 Blastoise ex
4 Dunsparce SS
3 Team Aqua's Walrein
3 Feebas
3 Milotic

Trainers x22

healing is a lot more important than preventing ex damage, since i doubt if i face amphy ex, they will have a different attacker so amphy doesnt get ko'd. so thats why i added in another feebas and another milotic.

WIth 2 Wartortles and 3 rare candies--I don't think he needs a third. I still think 4 Dunsparce is too much unless you plan to use em as discard bait for TV Reporter. Once you get a sparce out and do a strike and run or two, he's of little use.

looks good
except take out a Switch for another Wartortle

the reason i play 4 dunsparce is because of the speed factor. if i play 4, i have a better chance of drawing it early in the game than 3. if i can get it first turn, that means i can get feebas and squirtle first turn, making the deck very fast. also, im very pleased about the blastex line as it is, with playing a 4/2/3 line with 3 rare candies, so i think that's enough.

ok, this deck officially sucks. i just tested it a couple of times against some decks and it lost miserably every single time (used proxies). so, here's the new setup:

Pokemon x24
4 Squirtle
2 Wartortle
4 Blastoise ex
4 Dunsparce SS
3 Feebas HL
3 Milotic HL
2 Skitty SS
2 Delcatty RSH

Trainers x20
4 TV Reporter
3 Steven's Advice
3 Rare Candy
2 Switch
2 Professor Oak's Research
2 Mountain Wall
2 Mr. Briney's Compassion
1 ATM Rock
1 Warp Point

Energy x16
16 Water Energy

the problem with the original deck design was that it took so long to get out blastoise ex. it took even longer to set up TA's walrein, since w/o blastoise ex, it was just sitting there. so, i got rid of the TA walrein and archies and added in some stuff for max speed.

you've got 24 pokemon, 19 trainers, and 16 energies on that list.. so you have 59 cards in it..

i have a problem. my brother has a proxiefied Blastieex deck and i don't know what card it is. i thought someone here might know what it is cuse it is close to that card or it is that card and i didn't think it would be in the deck. it is SS Azurill. this is a TA's Walrein deck.

Hey i think Milotic is really good!
1. It removes all the damage of your pokemon from all that rain dance damage.
2. It does 80 damage for 4 energy's or 50 if it already has damage
3.Its basic form has an attack that lets it evolve
4.It looks cool!
