Rapidash FR/LG and Full FLame

Does Rapidash (FR/LG)'s poke body stack with the Full Flame (LM). What I'm trying to say is that, since you have Rapidash out there, the burn damage would be 4 instead of 2. So what if you had Rapidash and Full flame, would that be 8 damage if they get burned?

They don't stack...both cards use the word "instead". This means that each of the effects replace the "put 2" with "put 4".

With both cards in play, you still only place 4.
