Rare Candy and Broken Time Space

With the new rules Rare Candy took quite a hit. My question is, since Broken Time Space allows you to evolve a Pokemon on the same turn you played it, are you allowed to use Rare Candy to evolve the Pokemon you just played if there is Broken Time Space in play?

There is no relationship between those two cards.
Check the text of the Rare Candy errata.
It tells you that you cannot use it on a Pokemon you just played.

It is now similar to Pokemon Breeder, but not exactly the same.
