Rating Problem

I recieved no rating points for a win I had at a cities. All the other rounds are correct, but my first round match says I gained zero points even though it wasn't a bye. It shows my rating, his rating and everything else, but for some reason it says I gained zero. any help would be appreciated

I didn't see anything. and I get the feeling that customer service wouldn't do me much good

You should email customer service about it as well, they still haven't responded to mine.

I sent them an email with the tournament ID/link to it with description of the error. maybe if we get a few more emailing them about it, they'll fix it before the next CC.

Also try contacting the TO.

It is possible that the birthdate of your opponent is wrong in the system, which makes it show as an out-of-age-group match (which means no points.)

i has the exact same problem. i simply e-mailed customer service giving them. my POP ID, tournament ID and which games I was talking about. they fixed it within 2 days. not sure what the problem was but they seemed to figure it out rather easily
