judging by topics in the single card questions forum, I'd say that's where this belongs.

But anyways, I say neither. Neither of them are played very much any more, and they're both being rotated out at the format change. Unless of course you mean DX Rayquaza...

i wanna build kinda swarm , and speed is a big part...i currently use ludicargo with gardevoir ex in it...it works well, considering people play nothing good at the leagues near me....(thats besides the point) and i wonder if DX rayquaza ex is better for power/speed
