Hello guys, my buddies and I are causual players and we just use cards from any set. I know that sounds silly to you guys but we have fun with it. Well anyway I have some Rayquaza EX and I wanted to make a deck around him. I have the eelektrik that lets me put energy on a pokemon on the bench so I'm pretty sure you guys would want to include that. But I'm just really needing ideas. I can't take too many more loses to one of my friends who uses a Mew Prime deck. I'm open to any ideas at all, cards from any set, as long as I the Rayquaza is incorporated. So just any ideas or thoughts you guys will share is a bug help. Thank you.
 
Rayquaza/Electrik is one of the best decks prior to Boundries Crossed, and is likely to stay top tier moving forward. I would recommend 3 Rayquaza EX, 1 Mewtwo EX, 1 Raikou EX, 1 Rayquaza (The regular from Dragon Vault), 1 Victini NVI (Fliptini), and 4-4 Electrik. This is the Pokemon line I've been using to reasonable success - I'm not a top-tier player, as I spend most of my time judging, but I got myself a few trophy cups this last round of BR's with a similar list. The Rayquaza and Mewtwo are available in tins, so if you can't get the Raikou, another Mewtwo doesn't hurt.
