When my opponent uses deck and cover to KO my active pokemon, who sends up a new active pokemon first? Me or my opponent?

You would replace your active first. The person who will have the next turn always replaces first.

It doesn't change the answer, but since KO's aren't resolved until after all attack effects have been completed, you would have to replace your active before the Defending Pokemon is even KO'd.

BDS is stating that the defending Pokemon is replaced first because it is that person's turn next, but PokePop seems to be stating that Accelgor would be replaced first because the defending Pokemon hasn't been KO'd yet. Which answer is correct?

If you read it, you will see that I am commenting on/correcting BDS's answer.
When Active Pokemon are being replaced at the same time, his answer is correct.
However, in this case, one is replaced as part of resolving the attack effect and then one is replaced as part of resolving the KO.
The order remains the same, but for different reasons.

Ya, I didn't explain that very well. I have posted in the original thread and the Accelgor does in fact get replaced first. Pop and I were just seeing if anyone reads our posts. You guys passed the test! :thumb:
