BCR Rulebook:
If a player’s Pokémon is Knocked Out, that player puts it and all cards attached to it in the discard pile. That player’s opponent takes 1 of his or her own Prize cards and puts it into his or her hand.
The player whose Pokémon was Knocked Out chooses a new Active Pokémon from his or her Bench.
PokePop:

Your opponent promotes a new active and then you draw a Prize card.
Do you promote first or draw prizes first?
The difference could be important if town map has been played.
