Strategy:
DECK THEM OUT!
Start with absol, baleful winding to slow their setup and hopefully discard their night maintenances or other crucial trainers. Get a Claydol up, and with this mostly trainer engine, speed through your deck, playing as many rhyperior as possible (using scoop ups and rare candies). Usual games, i pull 5-7 total rhyperiors.
If all goes well, your opponent will have nothing late game. My usual games end up with me stalling with an absol and baleful winding their hand away while i continualy Earth Fissure them.
Drawing prizes isnt neccessary (as you want to deck them) but knocking out your opponents sometimes is (i.e. powered up pokemon) so 4 scrambles are a given (hopefully they will take the first prize by killing your absol). Switch and Super Scoop up also help you avoid unneccessary KOs to prolong the game further (scooping up a statused 130 damage rhyperior is price less).
Notes:
I played this exact list at CA states and went 5-2, losing to a ho oh (couldnt help it, T3 or so Ho oh with 7 energies is too much) and a blissey deck (darn you rock wrecker not applying weakness). I succeessfully decked 2 Gardelades, 1 Magmortor, 1 Blissey, and one other rogue deck.
I plan to play this at regionals too, so any help is appreciated
