Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

ReCall of Legends: "If Only" English Exclusives?!

Kadabra's not too broken is he? He was designed to get off the field quickly before he's spooted by concerned Lawyers, or be able to protect himself fromt hem xD And ha, I actually designed it thinking of screwing with Rainbow energy, but yeah, they would need Catcher crazy bad. More cards! Good Chimecho and Whiscash? What is this I don't even!

@pmg24: Thansk for the catch, i used Happiny's SSF text for all of them and just replaced the names. Obivously i missed one xD

Shino Bug Master, I gotta second what Nintendan said. Most of the time when I visit the Create-A-Card section I see a lot of overpowered or underpowered cards that aren't terribly creative. Your cards are plausible, inventive, and don't ruin the current format. So yeah, awesome job on these! :)

Thanks Eric, means alot coming from you, and yeah that is the goal when i make cards. overpowered or overly vanilla is no fun to me.

Haha, what?!

Also, in regards to your Krabby's Poke-Body... I think we just found a fix for the donking problems (outside of Zekrom donks of course). Nice!

Haha, yeah. I wanted a switch attack because i hate heavy retreat basics and made it U-Turn. But that's usually reserved for light weight or generally flying or bug types. So i made it slow xD

Most of the remaning basics are Standalone displayers, as it was intended. Not sure if they all are, didnt check xD All but the starters will have no damaging attacks, just cause.

Anyway, time for another Prime. Gotta love Arbok.

I like the idea on Arbok. The fact that you'd pretty much have to attack twice with Fang Revisit (ergo the name) in order to gain an amazing secondary effect is interesting. I think that Slime Spray might end up being a little bit too good with the likes of Jirachi being reused to get more energy from the discard and also devolving when needed. At least it's HP holds it back a bit and the fact that it needs to be double Psychic Energy on it meaning it won't be too swarmable by using Rescue Energy.

Yeah, i nulled Arbok to attacking 1 Pokemon, which still lets it be good. And you could always Sea Spray before Fnag Revisist too =F But yeah, that is the original intent.

Update with the Gastro bros later today.

Tauros would be a completely broken stall deck - just run Tauros with Oak's, Copycat and other shuffle-draw cards so you don't deck and after an incredibly long game that could possibly hold an entire tournament round up for hours, you'd end up decking the opponent. It would be like Mewtwo stall from base set except without Energy Removal to counter it.

Other than that, I like the cards for the most part - they're very balanced.

Well, the idea with careful warning was to make sure:

a) Tauros can't actually DO anythign while he's immune and
b) that you can still affect him with damage counters and special conditions

while still making him undonkable. While he could be problematic for a lot of decks, sure beats him getting donked.

Should be finishing this set pretty darn quick, thanks for the comment.

Well, this is taking a little longer than it was going to be. Oh well.
