Hello, i was thinking on this deck and hope you may help me to improve it.
4-3-3-1 Empoleon:water:
2 feebas delta:fire:
2 milotic delta:fire:
1 Holon's Castform:colorless
3 Luvdisc:water:

2 warp
1 stevens
2 rare candy
2 cessation crystal
3 castaway
2 copycat
1 Scott
1 Elm / Holon Mentor (i prefer elm)
4 celios (don t have any more)
4 High Pressure System
1 Pluspower
2 Strengh Charm

2 Holon Energy WP

Strategy:
Start with any pokemon(except castform!): dont worry, you can bench your active pokemon free if you want but castform.
Then, at the time you have an Prinplup/Empoleon start sniping around, you will need MILOTIC DELTA HELP, how?, well i always thought a Sniper is all knowledge...just start knowing your opponent's hand and try to predict any move he/she would make. Milotic delta will help a lot and can attack at any time, Moreover, thats the first reason why i put 4 DRE and 4 HPS (if needs to retreat)...(Ex: even prizes, he has an scramble/rare candy/evolutions...obviously you wouldnt like to kill something if no needed, right?...just snip the benech, spread damage and prepare something for later on your bench!!)
Then, Cessation Crystal/ Milotic combo doesnt work!...here you need to make REALLY good moves!!...you have low retreat, any of your pokemon can attack at any time, Sniper, 2 warp point (cessation doesnt work in the bench)...i just recommend not to have 2 cessation at the time on the field...
this means you need to play at full knowledge of when you need to shut off milotic's poke power...
What if your oponent plays 3/4 windstorm??...then let him...for you good luck GPS is the kind of stadium that helps you to make A MOVE, not random draws not random flips...just play it, retreat your poke and think of it as there is no more use...with that in mind this card is just good!...
...and that's all...i will really apreciate if someone help me to improve this deck!!...but try not to change empoleon and milotic, because those are the core. I was thinking on changing luvdisc but until now it helped me a lot i just dont find a better option.
