Regarding unevolved pokemon

This is in relation to jumpluff from lost thunder, summoned via skiploom's ability.

1. Does super boost nrg work if there are 3 jumpluffs summoned in this way?

2. Does passimian from ultra prism's ability activate to deal +30 dmg?

1. Yes. It specifies Stage 2 Pokemon. It doesn't mention whether they are evolved or not.
2. A little trickier, but yes. It is not an evolved Pokemon, but it is still an Evolution Pokemon since it has the "evolves from.." text box.
