Hello everybody!

My orginazer just told me yesterday that we are going to play nationals without BW cards and rules. I was really happy with this desicion becasue it means i can bust out Gigas that i went so good with in states :D

So this is my list at the moment:

2-2 Regigigas X (2 Drag off)
3-1 Uxie X
3 Mesprit LA
1-1 Abomasnow SF
1 Regice LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q

4 Pkmn Collector
2 Judge
2 Seeker
4 SSU
4 Poke Healer +
2 Pkmn Rescue
2 Expert Belt
2 Pkmn Communication
3 Junk Arm
1 Warp Point
1 Switch
1 VS Seeker
1 Premier Ball

4 :water:
4 :fighting:
4 :metal:
3 :colorless::colorless:

Strategy: Tank with gigas and heal off all damage with Sacrifice or Poke healers. Keep a mesprit lock cause it helps u against almost anything. Because of the Energy line im running i want to put in 2 Engineers adjustments but im not really sure what to take out.

hope you all do good at nationals and have a great day!

Plz guys, i really want to know if i should play this at Nationals at all! I really want some help :/

Except Gigas, there is no Pokémon, which can be used as a starter. You need Sableye in this deck. Also, include a Lux Ball and some Bebe´s.

- 1 Uxie LA
- 2 SSU
- 1 VS Seeker

+ 4 Sableye

Also:

I personally would take out the 4 Poké Healer+ for a Luxury Ball, 2 Bebe´s Search and an Engineer.

Your deck is good, but you have to change something, to get more consistency.

Hope I could help!

Dark Shedinja is right, you definitely need a starter in here, but instead of using 4 Sableye, I'd suggest running 3 Sable and 1 Jirachi RR as it might come useful in certain situations (and you only use one supporter)

No, you don't need Sableyes. They just slow your setup. I play wihtout them and usually get T2 Giga Blaster. You need some Twins, they are just so useful. And I also suggest Giratina PL#9 and Crobat G, I have found them very, very useful.

Yea, io have tested Sables and they are not that good in Gigas. I played with Both Twins, Crobat and Giratina in states and they wore Ok i guess. I just wanted to use something new... but do u have any suggestions of what will go out?

Eh, what did I miss ? Sableye SLOWS DOWN your deck??? How could SABLEYE slow down your deck???:confused::confused:

There is really NO Pokémon in your build that helps your set-up in the 1st turn.

Let´s say you start Sableye and you have a very bad hand (e.g Healer+, Seeker, :fighting:, Judge, VS Seeker, Switch). You start and draw another of those cards for the mid game. Impersonate Collector for Gigas, Unown and Uxie. Next turn= great for you!

Let´s say you start Uxie and you have a very bad hand (e.g Healer+, Seeker, :fighting:, Judge, VS Seeker, Switch). You start and draw another of those cards for the mid game. ................. you maybe attach the :fighting:, Psychic Restore for 20. Next turn= If you don´t draw a Collector or something like that, very, very bad for you!

What´s the point? Please let me understand why Sableye slows down your deck.

If you try Regigigas, you see why. You usually start with Gigas or pixie and some supporter. Sometimes you have bad start, but all decks have bad starts. Why then LuxChomp or DialgaChomp don't run Sableye? THey get bad starts too, so they should run Sableye too? I won 1 City Championships with Gigas (and topcutted many, many times) and never needed Sableye. I tested it, it just don't work. And if you collector with Sableye, you can't put them to your bench on that turn. Smeargle is more better startter if you want any starter to Regigigas. Imo it don't need it, i don't have needed it.

And for Sableye; I played 1-1-1 Drapion in your nats. It was very interesting (and fun) tech. It won me few Gegnar matches xP. Few Lost Removers could be good too, but I had to cut them away that I get room to Drapion. You can PM me if you want lists or have something about Gigas.

Could you be more specific? I don't see how abomasnow works honestly.

I'm guessing for machamp? :\

Abomasnow is your 2nd attacker. It counters Donphana, Machampa, ERL, Mewtwo etc. I know that Mewtwo and Donphan don't have much to play but still it is good card.

First, Luxchomps and Dialgachomps don´t use Sableye, because they can start with Luxray, Garchomp, Dialga, Ambipom, Smeargle, Crobat and so on. This Gigas bulid can start with Gigas, or maybe with Snover (or do you want to start with Uxie and lose it´s power or Regice and stuck in the active spot with a very bad attacker. You could also start with Unown Q if you wanna get donked ). Sableye (now the member), even if you don´t wanna use Sableye (again the card), this deck needs some starters. If you like to run Smeargle, do so, though I don´t think it´s a better starter than Sableye. Sableye lets you choose the Supporter, Smeargle is based on luck.

Seriously, I really like to see your Gigas deck Tontsasd, you said it won a CC and topcutted often, so it must be good + it could help a lot.

You want start with Uxie, because then you can get energy to discard pile and you can level it up T2. It doesnät really matter if you start with pixie, it is good start. It is bad start if you start with Giratina or Regice, but still you can retreat it with Q and DCE/2 energies. And yes, LuxChomp etc don't use it because of that what you said. This deck can start with any of your pokemon and it is still good start.

2-2 Regigigas
1 Azelf
3 Mesprit
3-1 Uxie
1 Crobat G
1 Giratina
1 Regice
1 Unown Q

4 Collector
2 PONT
2 Twins
2 Judge
1 Seeker

4 SSU
4 Poke Healer+
3 Junk Arm
2 Belt
2 Pokemon Rescue
2 Communication
1 Switch
1 Premier Ball
1 VS Seeker
1 Luxury Ball

3 DCE
3 Fight
3 Water
3 Metal

This was the list what I used. It's only problem is that Healers etc are dead draws on very first turns, but it doesn't matter. I used different list on every tournament where I topcutted. I tested Jirachi RR and Chatot MD, but they didin't worked well. And in league I tested Sableyes and Smeargles, but it just didin't do enough good to play them. Now my list runs Black Belt, Bebe's Search and no Healers. Healers are good, but I got frustrated to dead draws. Lost Removers are very good, I recommend you to play them.

So this is my list at the moment:

2-2 Regigigas X (2 Drag off)
3-1 Uxie X
3 Mesprit LA
1-1 Abomasnow SF
1 Regice LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q

4 Pkmn Collector
2 Judge
2 Seeker
4 SSU
4 Poke Healer +
2 Pkmn Rescue
2 Expert Belt
2 Pkmn Communication
3 Junk Arm
1 Warp Point
1 Switch
1 VS Seeker
1 Premier Ball

4 :water:
4 :fighting:
4 :metal:
3 :colorless::colorless:

Overall that’s a very decent looking list. I think that you need a 4th DCE for Drag Off. It’s such a good attack and the DCE really does help with speed.

-1 metal or fighting
+1 DCE

The design decision that you’ve made to run Healer+ over more basics is one I’ve seen a lot of folks make to good effect. I personally prefer more basics (Relicanth, Giratina, Crobat G, Shaymin, etc.) especially if you run Unown Q … but healing is good too.

I would also suggest trying Looker’s over Judge. Both are good, but Looker’s gives you slightly more hand refresh should that be what you really need at a given moment … and it’s still plenty disruptive to decks that need a hand like Gyarados or SP.

Hey,

Now that my Nats are over and Gigas rotated out in Finland, guess I'll put my nats decklist out.

Pokémon (15):
2-2 Gigas X (Drag off)
3-1 Uxie X
3 Mesprit
1 Giratina
1 Crobat G
1 Unown Q
1 Regice

Supporters (13):
4 Pokémon Collector
3 PONT
2 Twins
2 Judge
1 Bebe
1 Seeker

Trainers (18):
4 SSU
3 Junk Arm
2 Pokémon Communication
2 Pokémon Rescue
2 Expert Belt
1 Warp Point
1 Luxury Ball (I'd prefer Bebe over this after tournament)
1 Premier Ball
1 VS Seeker
1 Lost Remover

Energy (14):
4 DCE
3 Water
3 Metal
3 Fighting
1 Warp Energy

I would want Azelf in there somewhere, so if you can spare a trainer from somewhere you should put Azelf in. No 1-1 lines here, but every pokémon in the list has been staple in my Gigas build for an year now...
