I decided to make a deck with regigas LVX which is quite an underrated card so here is my deck list

Pokemon-14

2 Regigigas IFDS
2 Regigigas LVX IFDS

2 Regice
2 Regirock
2 Registeel

2 baltoy
2 claydol

Energies-17

5 water
5 fighting
5 basic metal
2 multi

Trainiers-29

4 Roseanne’s research
3 bebe
1 premier ball
3 felicity
2 buck’s
2 Cynthia’s feelings
2 snowpoint temple
4 warp point
4 pluspower
2 NM
2 leftovers

Regigigas LV.47 – Colorless – HP100
Basic Pokemon
Poke-Body: Regi Form
If you have Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in play, this Pokemon pays 1 less Colorless Energy to use each of its attacks.
[C][C] Mega Punch: 30 damage.
[W][F][M][C] Giga Power: 60 damage. You may do an additional 40 damage. If you do, Regigigas does 40 damage to itself.
Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4

Regigigas LV.X – Colorless – HP150
Level Up
Poke-Power: Sacrifice
You can use this Power once during your turn. Knock Out 1 of your Pokemon. Then, choose up to 2 Basic Energy cards from your discard pile and attach them to this Pokemon, and remove 8 damage counters from this Pokemon. This Power can’t be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.
[W][F][M][C] Giga Blaster: 100 damage. Discard 1 card from the top of your opponent’s deck. Choose 1 card from your opponent’s hand without looking and discard it. Regigigas can’t use Giga Blaster during your next turn.
Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4

This deck could have some potential being able to have a T2 fully powered Regigigas LVX. The ideal start would be Regigigas or baltoy, than with the help of roseannes get all regies on the bench to activate Regigigas body and start attacking one turn with the LVX attack and one with the normal Regigigas attack. The best part about Regigigas is that it has an awesome power that will prevent it from being KOed easily.

The problems regarding this deck is that a fighting deck could easily win (especially the machamp from IFDS) and also a pokemon that prevents basics from attacking (example Mewtwo LVX)

All help is appreciated..thank you

i dont think that 4 bebe are needed because almost everything is basic in the deck and snowpoint temple is very important because the main attackers are basic..against machamp i was thinking of uxie lvx but that wouldn't be good against mewtwo :s

You forgot one of the best supports for the deck, Lunarock. I would play with one LA Regigagas, the one that does 60+20/20,its pretty good attacker for 3.

Also we in MagLeaf like to call this Aqua Teen HF.

lunarock will waste too much space on the bench, becuase having the 3 regies and claydol will leave only 1 space on the bench and the regigas from IFDS has the body which will help regigigas lvx, but i am also considering the LA regigigas also beacuse of the body XD

what about the slow start regigigas? with sacrificing pokemon you can easily allow them to get 3 prizes, then just use felicities or w/e to get energies into your discard fast and then get em on him and then just start bombing things.

There may be possibilities in Regigagas, but the three other Regis are not worth it for just reducing one enrgy for the attack. The deck as is has problems with at 6 of the starters out of 10 (Baltoy, RegiIce, Registeel), the latter two is almost certain to lose the match. Regirock is marginally better, but not great with so little fighting energy.

You will get much better consistency if you play a decent starter like IFDS Sableye (or LA Jirachi or MD Chatot). It will delay the LvlX attack for one round because of the energy, but vastly increase the chance of getting it turn three. Given the problems that Regigagas will have with status effects you could also consider a 1-1 (or even a 2-2) line of Xatu.

The opponent play machamps (IFDS) and you auto-loose =)

Nothing is an autoloss, you always have the possibility of getting up and running a couple of turns before he could get a Machamp up. But of course it doesn't look good.

Let us see how common Machamp becomes given the large number of excellent Psychic Pokemon in the game. Almost all decks have something that they are really weak to and it is just a case of hoping that you don't play them often.

Mewtwo LvlX is actually a much bigger problem since that may be put into a number of decks.
