Hey, I'm trying to quantify the success of this year's VG Regionals, but it's being made difficult b/c there's basically no statistics on the number of people who showed up at each event.

Does anybody know how many people in each age group attended in each of the locations?

May 9 (Seattle, WA)
May 16 (San Francisco, CA)
May 23 (Phoenix, AZ)
May 30 (Dallas, TX)
June 6 (Philadelphia, PA)
June 13 (Nashville, TN)

That's exactly why I want to know. Looking up the competitor attendance doesn't really help me, as that number is probably going to be 256 for all the US Regionals. I wanna know how many people have the passion to come to one of these events!
 
In Dallas I think it would be safe to say about 450 people showed up to play in Seniors and Juniors combined.
 
they need to have it like JAA seriously. i mean almost in every state so not a lot of people were turned away. i have to drive 4 hours to nashville with the chance of being rejected. so not cool

June 27 (St. Louis, MO) - US Nationals
August 14 (San Diego, CA) - Worlds

I have no data on any of the Japanese events.

Based off your name I'm guessing you were at the Texas event? When they displayed the numbers of the people who got in, do you remember what the highest number listed was?
