I offer 2 Heatran with Regional Championships Stamp and STAFF Stamp.
I got them for judging the Special Premier Event in Liestal, Switzerland. I think they are really rare, because, so far as I know, these 2 cards are the only ones in circulation, because the first chance to get them in America is April 18th on the Regionals. Of course, only if you´re a judge or TO ;-)
At the moment, I just need money, so, if you´re interested, please let me know what sort of price you have in mind!
