Alright. It's time to determine teams.
And, what better way then by a roll of the dice.
While 24 was picked because it was a nice even multiple of 4, there is another reason 24 is significant.
There are 4 team captains, and once they are removed from the pot, there are exactly 20 members remaining...anybody know where else the number 20 can be found? A 20-sided dice.
