Reprints in EX: Aqua / Magma Legal in City Championship?

I'm wondering if you can play the warp point in CC, cuz i like the newer design of cards rather than the EX wotc stage. I'm figuring you can't play Strength Charm since of the new wording.

Let me say that if you have the older cards use them however I would rule that you are permitted to use reprints if they have the same wording as the most recent version outside of EX: Team Magma vs. Team Aqua. Its not like back at Origins when any trainer who brought EX: Ruby and Sapphire cards (event the basic energies) were shot on sight because they used them in a WotC tournament.

I would say just to be on the safe side not to use any of the TM vs TA in any of the CC since PUI has said they are not allowed, even the reprints.
