Requirements to play in Expert Games?

So I don't mean to sound elitist or stuck up with this post. I was just curious if I am the only one who thinks their should be SOME barrier of entry into expert games online. As of now you never really know the skill level of your opponent going into an expert match. Makes it seem less... "experty"? Is that a word? Anyway I am not saying the barrier of entry should be ridiculous, but at least something small. Perhaps at least 10 games played in novice mode. Perhaps a winning percentage of at least 50%. I am as happy as the next person for new players feeling bold and clicking on the expert button, but it can feel frustrating for both them and the players with fully built decks to get matched up with each other. If I had my way there would be at least one of these requirements:

1. Having played at least 10 games in novice mode.

2. Maintaining a winning percentage of 50% or better. If you drop below that at any time you can play novice matches until it reaches 50% again.

3. No pre built basic decks are permitted to be played in expert mode. Decks like Red Frenzy are fine, but Basic Red is just asking for it.

I feel kind of bad for even slightly suggesting these things, but what is the point of expert mode if no skill has been proven prior to clicking the button?

I just wish they'd stop pairing by quit percentage. That's how they're doing it currently. Similar drop rate players get paired.

Which is fine and dandy so long as you never quit; until you realize somebody logging in for the first time has technically never quit, either.

The expert feature better check lists to disallow novice decks and its clones.... Yeah please ;(
