So my last post is gone forever, i think it was inactive for too much time, anyways, im still working on my deck, and this time its almost ready, im feeling that im getting there, the balance of the reshiboar strategy, i just need some opinions on my pokemon lines

4-1-3 Emboar (Inferno Fandango)
4 Reshiram
2 Reshiram EX
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Bouffalant

4 Cilan
2 N
2 Colress
3 Skyla

4 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
3 Switch
3 Energy Retrieval
3 Eviolite

12 Fire Energies
4 DCE

So, im seriously thinking about putting an Darkrai Ex on my deck, then you think wtf this guy is total noob, yes i am, but heres my idea, putting a Darkrai Ex on my deck would supress the need of Switches, so i would be -3 Switches, and would put +2 Darkrai Ex (his ability is when an pokemon has dark energy attached his retreat cost is 0),the thing is that adding more pokemons on this deck means that Pokemon Communication and Colress are going to work better, think about Darkrai Ex on this deck as a Switch but with attacks, and with unlimited resources of switch. then i would replace 5 fire energies for dark energies, with 4 cilan i can pretty easily choose my energies. That would resolve my biggest weakness and give me 1 more card to add to the deck, that for now would be 1 more fire energy until i decide what is missing on the play

You might to again reconsider replacing the Switches... Since many players use Hypnotoxic Lasers in their decks, the Sleep effect could be inflicted upon your active Poké and you can't retreat then,,, So, Darkrai's Ability is completely nullified in this situation.

Lastly, why no Ray EX to be able to 1HKO any Poké in the fromat today?

Tuxedo Black \o/ youre back on my post, so im still working on the pokemons, lately i received so many options, i dont really know wich to choose but i know that my strategy (emboar+supporters&items) are good now.
So i guess im gonna stick with the switches, ill give ray Ex a look ;)

So.. but then it would be necessary to put some electric energies right?

Yes, just a few. I like using 4 Lightning energy in my deck. Since the Lightning energy will be Hammer targets, you might want to also consider maxing out Energy Retrieval in order to get a needed L energy from your discard pile directly and not wait to draw into it.

I dont have problems with waiting to get an energy on my deck, mostly because of the cilans, my only fear is that Ray Ex would be knocked out (he`s only 100hp for an Ex thats too little), while i "skip" one turn trying to get my energies back, 100hp its just too little

Rayquaza ex has 170hp

Junipers would help you out. I suggest maybe 2-4? Thats just preference

Also. Heavy Ball just really seems like a winner for this deck.

I always check the cards that i dont know no, on the official pokemon database, and there the Rayquaza Ex has 100hp (at least the eletric/fire one), maybe you could send a link with the right Rayquaza cause i think im checking the wrong one.

Pokemon Catcher is not essential to my strategy, i will see if i can put 2 of them but my priority is get this deck to work properly. About heavy balls, it would get me only Reshiram Ex and Emboar, now that i have more pokemons on deck Pokemon Communication works better

Juniper discarding is just too harsh on this deck, if i need to get more hand-fixers i would put 1-2 more Colress or N, what happens is that sometimes i can't use all my cards right away so i got to keep some cards or at least return it to the deck so i can take them later, thats why colress and n are better on this deck. I often got to hold a rare candy or a energy retrieval, sometimes even an eviolite to put on a better pokemon (Reshiram Ex or Emboar, to protect), so discarding just dont work.

Thanks for replying guys :)
