This is my Emboar-Reshiram deck. I've tested few games with it and it works surprisingly well with this supporter- and trainer engine. I added Lanturn Prime tech for water decks, it worked quite in nicely in few games that I tested against water (Blastgatr and KGL). Any ideas to make this deck better?
4-2-4 Emboar (2x ability, 2x regular)
3 Reshiram
2-2 Lanturn Prime
4 Cleffa
= 21 Pokemons
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Professor Juniper
4 Dual Ball
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Rare Candy
4 Energy Retrieval
= 23 T/S/S
4 Double Colorless Energy
10 Basic Fire
2 Basic Lightning
= 16 energies
=60
Strategy is quite basic, I use ability Emboar for energy acceleration and Reshiram is attacker. Regular Emboar can be used mid- to late-game, with DCE it's like beefier Reshiram. Lanturn Prime works as a tech against water. Cleffa is a starter and gives me a hand refresh if I need.
Trainer engine may seem little bit odd, but it works surprisingly well. With Cleffa, PONTs and Junipers I can get two hand refresh in one turn and with all of these trainers, I can just burn through my hand and get me a new one. In all games what I've tested, I've been set up at least on T3, sometimes T2. Thanks for Ignatious from this trainer engine -idea, I got this from your article.
