Strategy: Get out typhlosions with ninetails, then start blue flare.

Here is what I would suggest:

-1 Judge
-1 Engineer's Adjustments
-1 Plus Power
-2 Rescue Energy
-2 Defender

+1-1 Ninetales
+1 Junk Arm
+2 DCE
+2 Rare Candy

This adds a lot of consistency in several ways:

1. More Rare Candy = higher likelihood of drawing into it early and setting up Typhlosion Turn 2-3
2. Thicker Ninetales line = more consistency, and if you run the UL one you can donk Cleffas with one Plus Power
3. DCE = Makes it so Outrage is much easier to pull off.

I think the list is good but I would simply find space for like three energy retrieval and one rare candy
