Ok, it's been a long time, and this idea might not be so great, but I threw in some mr. mime ex cards and some switches to maybe risk things a lil' bit.

1 Rocket’s Mewtwo EX
1 Fire Red Leaf Green Mr. Mime ex (magic evens)
1 Fire Red Leaf Green Mr. Mime ex (magic odds)
4 Fire Red Leaf Green Drowsee
3 Fire Red Leaf Green Hypno
4 Deoxys Spoink
3 Deoxys Grumpig
3 Fire Red Leaf Green Chansey
4 Switch
2 Dual Ball
2 Master Ball
2 Potions
2 Energy Search
2 Venture Bomb
2 Mr. Stone’s Project
2 Professor Cozmo’s Discovery
2 Professor Elm’s Training Method
2 Space Center
16 Psychic Energy
4 Darkness Energy

If it sucks just say so, but my idea is to mainly keep the opponent asleep and switch out the mr. mimes, based on their attack power, and build up the energies on my mewtwo, and the cards in their hands for my mr. mimes....

MR Mime isn't a very good tech most of the time, so you might want to cut them and add some of the sweet misdreavous from LM. She also works well with the DS version of Hypno. Potions aren't much help. You need more draw like TV reporter or stevens. Good Luck with the deck!

i'm not diggin the mimes or mew2 either. if i would play a deck that focuses on sleep, i would play it something like this:

4 Misdreavus
3 Drowsee
1 Hypno RG
2 Hypno DS
2 Shuppet
2 Banette ex
4 Jirachi DX
=18

4 Swoop!
4 Mary's Request
3 Holon Transciever
2 Holon Mentor
1 Holon Farmer
1 Holon Scientist/Lass
2 Desert Ruins
2 Big Stump
3 Prof. Elm's Training Method
3 Pokemon Reversal
2 Rocket's Admin
=27

4 Rainbow
11 Psychic
=15

not that it would be good or anything, since sleep locks are unreliable (breakable due to briney/switch/wp/ascent)...but u have a decent l8 game attacker w/ banette, which is also a very slow way to spread damage via misdreavus w/ return sleep (attach rainbow, move the counter, attack and return the nrg, repeat). meh.
