RI Pokémon League this week!

ya, that's a bummer (most likely will go to pokmeon night w/ my friends, 3 hours of playing our gameboy colors and pokemon blues)
 
Contrary to rumor the League kit has not arrived - just another POP id form.
 
DH took top 2 sunday at teksbury. Alex cam in 1st and CherryPicker came 2nd...almost going 7-0 but i lost to the best again but i will beat the best one of these days.
 
It looks like there wil be no league Friday (9/25) due to no one to mind the store. Is league scheduled for 10/2?

Or has the Johnston fire inspector with the help of an anonomous caller closed down league for good?
 
NO League this weekend - Marriage Prep Class. Went to cancel Friday night but League doesn't even show anymore! It does not show up in the search for League in RI (Chris' CCRI one does). Email to POP sent. No clue why it doesn't show.

Spoke with Roger today to get an update. Not much to report. He hasn't heard from anyone and they never came back. He is meeting with the building owner's lawyer tomorrow.
 
If given time to sort things out, I'm hopeful that Disposable Heroes League will be back up and running in no time! :thumb: It was an inconvenience on Saturday to go to RI and then back to TJ's, but we just added it to our list and memory bank of Pokemon adventures and are thankful that we had TJ's to go to with not too far to travel, and most everyone was able to get there.
 
won't be going to any tournies this weekend, to busy...hope that disposable heroes will be open to still go to league at.
 
League Kit arrived last week and would have been used if we had last week. Which we didn't. And this week is a repeat :(

Roger is trying to address the issues raised by the inspector. He's trying to meet with the landlord. No meeting yet so the store remains closed so no League. I'll keep everyone informed as i might call the building inspector to see about that written permission loop hole.

wow, this sucks, i can't believe that they will do this. does anyone have any links to chris' league?
 
great, thursdays, that means i got school...yay...looks like i may have to go to cherry valley or milford for my uxies now...
 
even if there is league, won't be going, will be in connecticut for a x-country team trip...misses you all...ya... (I WANT MY FREAKING UXIE!!!!)
 
Contacted the Building Inspector. He went down and checked things out. He said that he felt the electrical inspector overreacted and we never should've been kicked out. The electrical stuff has to be done. He told me once the sticker goes up, it can't come down and suggested i contact the Building Official. So i did and had to leave a voice message. *sigh*
 
that's great, which means that there will be league next week. but guess what, ashi-kun is grounded!!!! be back when i raise my honor's science grade (save a uxie for me!)
 
Doesn't mean League will be on. If i can get that signed permission....
