Hello! Question on Ribombee's plentiful pollen.

I understand that switching to a different Pokemon allows for the removal of the effect on the, now Defending Pokemon. I am curious if The Pokémon the attack was originally used on is sniped from the bench does that still count?

No, it lost Pollens effect once it hit the bench.

Per the Rule Book, all attack effects on a Pokemon are removed when that Pokemon goes to the bench.
